About Us and How It Works
We are a professional Cat Sitting company based in Edinburgh. We are fully insured, hold a Scottish Disclosure Certificate and are members of the National Association of Pet Sitters. Now caring for Edinburghs’ cats for a decade and counting!
The Company
Animal Antics is run and owned by Ffion who started the business in May 2013 following years of experience working, volunteering and living with animals and deciding it was time to focus on what she enjoyed most. It’s been created to provide the best possible care for your cats, provide a sense of reassurance when you’re leaving your loved ones with us and above all else, a safe and reliable service you can trust.
Animal Antics HQ is fondly referred to as ‘The Zoo’. Currently consisting of four rescue cats, and Ffion – their live-in housekeeper! Please feel free to follow our Instagram or Facebook page for regular updates on both our own pets and our clients’ fabulous pets.
How it works.
Before choosing any of our services we really like to give you the chance to meet us.
Feel free to send us an enquiry. We will happily go through further details either via email or over a call. We can discuss all options and answer any questions you may have.
Should you then wish to introduce us to your pets and register, we will arrange for Ffion to visit and do our very best to make this suit your schedule.
Ffion will offer 1-2-1 support in helping you complete your online registration, ensuring we have all the sections completed and the information you need. Once this is done, you’ll have your own account and be able to book whenever you need, even in the middle of the night if you’re a night owl!
Our Ethos
For us it is imperative that when we commit to looking after any of your pets you feel reassured in the knowledge they will receive the best possible care.
We will spend as long as is needed answering questions and discussing the services you may use. We would expect someone to do the same for us before we trusted the care of our own furry family to anyone else.
